Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. When you visit, the hosting provider processes connection data necessary for technical operation, including your IP address, access time, requested page and browser information. This enables website delivery and secure operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of the service.
Cookies and external content
Google Analytics is not loaded and no Analytics cookies are set without your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days so that it can be respected on later visits. We do not load external fonts; images are served from our own hosting space.
Website statistics with Google Analytics
If you select “Accept all”, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data recorded includes page views, timestamps, technical device and browser information, referral sources and clicks on links to app.spac3d.de. These statistics help us understand use of the information website and the event planner at app.spac3d.de and improve the service. App users and sessions are analysed by day. Statistical consent is requested separately on the website and in the app.
Analytics is only integrated after you consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can use both the website and the planner without consenting to statistics.
After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_R1ZWM00GVG” to recognise returning visits. These cookies may be stored for up to two years; consent on our website is requested again after no more than 180 days. Retention of event-level data also depends on the Analytics property's settings. Contact the controller for further information.
We do not send URL query parameters or fragments to Analytics when a page is viewed. Google Signals and personalised advertising signals are disabled in the integration. Processing by Google may involve transfers to Google companies outside the EU, particularly in the USA. For more information about processing and safeguards, see Google's privacy policy and the Google Analytics privacy information.
You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy settings” in the website footer or “Cookies” at the bottom right of the app. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement on the relevant website or in the app and removes accessible Analytics cookies. Processing that took place before withdrawal remains lawful.
Contact
If you contact us by email, we process your contact details and message to handle your request. For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention
Personal data is processed only for as long as necessary for its purpose or required by statutory retention obligations. Contact the controller for information about specific hosting log retention periods.
Links to the app or SoftDeck
Links to the app lead to app.spac3d.de. Use of the app, local project storage and optional project sharing are separate from this information website. The “Website statistics with Google Analytics” section also covers statistics in the app; other app data processing is not described here. For the SoftDeck platform, see softdeck.de/datenschutz.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact support@softdeck.de to exercise these rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
